How-To: Zippered Hand Warmers

purlbee_zippered_hand_warmers.jpg
It’s a beautiful day in Brooklyn, so it almost feels wrong to post these fantastic zippered hand warmers from the Whit’s Knits column on The Purl Bee. But, even though the sun is shining, there’s still a little nip in the air, especially in the morning. I think the gray mitts with the orange zippers would be absolutely perfect for this almost-spring weather!

Zippers, in this case, dispose of their actual use and embrace the whimsy of their style. Bold and chunky, bright and friendly, these zippers are here for our entertainment only! Wear them on the palm side or the knuckle side; up, down, or half way in between, they’ll make you smile!
