Dying for a fresh brew… of indigo? Well, the Textile Arts Center’s Sewing Seeds Program has just the thing to quench your dye thirst with an indigo fermentation vat workshop.
While we won’t be dyeing, you’ll learn more about the amazing chemistry of indigo, how to start your own indigo fermentation vat and how to tend it.
The workshop takes place on Thursday, July 24th at the Green Acres Community Garden in the heart of Bed-stuy, Brooklyn.
