Casper Electronics has a couple of sweet workshops scheduled this month @ NYC’s Harvestworks –
DIY Musical Electronics and the Drone Lab – May 15 – 16
Through this workshop/classroom formatted seminar, attendees will learn how to design, adapt and build sound circuits of their own while building a complete Drone Lab by CasperElectronics (a 4 voice analog drone synth, rhythm generator and FX processor) to take home, experiment with and develop further.Circuit Bending – May 22 – 23
In this course we will explore every step of the process of creating a circuit bent instrument from removing the first screws to applying labels on the finished piece. It is our goal that every student leaving this class will take away a finished, well made circuit bent instrument.
MAKE contributor Pete Edwards will be heading up each of these classes. The man has a unique passion for showing others the way of the circuit, so these are sure to be worthwhile.
