Based on the traditional Christmas Pyramid, this carousel spins from the force of the rising heat of the candles that pushes against the blades at the top. It’s able to move because the paper it’s made from is so light, but it’s also flammable, so be sure to keep the blades a safe distance from the candles if you decide to make one!
