These whimsical creatures are the work of artist Troy Emery, which he calls “fake taxidermy.” Although Emery’s enigmatic sculptures are created with the same foam material used in taxidermy, the forms are then covered with delightfully unexpected materials such as yarn, pompoms, or tassels.
