The “Telectroscope” is a large-scale optical device connected up to a “secret” tunnel that was built underneath the Atlantic ocean, connecting New York City and London, England. The project was designed and implemented by artist Paul St. George and translates his interest with late 19th century industrialization and optical communication devices into an attraction for the whole family.
