Turning a Jawbreaker on a Lathe to Make a Shot Glass

One of my favorite parts of eating a giant jawbreaker is watching the layers of colors change throughout the candy. This video from hifijohn on YouTube takes that pleasure to a whole new level. He attached a giant jawbreaker to his lathe and proceeded to turn a shot glass from it. It’s mesmerizing to watch the beautiful colored layers emerge and change as the piece takes shape. I imagine it smelled really wonderful, too! [via BoingBoing]
