A.M. Eye Candy – Sampler Five Years in The Making

Stitchy Stitcherson recently shared pictures of a sampler project she’s been working on for five years. This square is one of twenty-eight on the sampler, each of which is just larger than a quarter.

I started this in 2004, and put it away for quite some time. Every so often I’d pull it out of the closet and add a few more stitches to it, but I finally buckled down and worked hard to complete it.

I have more unfinished projects laying around than I care to admit to, and seeing a project completed after such a long time in the making really inspires me to charge ahead with a few of my u.f.o.s.
