Jenny Hart of Sublime Stitching points us to this rad speaker-turned-birhouse complete with an embroidered front. It’s part of a project called Learning From in which Nora Korn and Christoph Köhler spent three months collecting bulky trash and the converted it in to new objects. I’m now eyeing the speakers in our house in a whole new way … would embroidery ruin sound quality on a still-in-use speaker?
