Eleni’s Halloween Cupcakes

Known for their “art cookies” and handcrafted pastry designing, Eleni’s bakery in New York City’s Chelsea Market has some unique Halloween cupcakes for the season. I spotted these last week and tried to think of a way to bring one home with me.
