Cold brewing my coffee each day has become a gateway into a serious coffee obsession. I’m paying much more attention to my coffee beans than I used to, which means, of course, that I’m now considering roasting my own. But, before I buy any fancy equipment, I want to know whether or not it’s really worth the trouble. Luckily, my friend Brittany from Pro-Soup Propoganda shared this simple tutorial for roasting coffee beans in a frying pan, so now I can try it out!
