I consider myself to be an ambitious baker, but even I never thought that the average home chef could create a classic molded chocolate rabbit. Luckily, Epicurious is featuring a very detailed step-by-step method that makes it seem easy! Chocolate molds are available everywhere these days, and the only ingredients required are cocoa butter and bittersweet chocolate. I’m so going to give this a try, and when I do, I’ll share the results.
