My friend Heather has posted up three great smoothie recipes for kids that will surely taste good and give your kids all the great vitamins they need. Recipes are for strawberry granola crunch, orange julia, and pink-a-licious. I love the tip of putting nuts in smoothies for a more creamy, pudding-like texture. (Make sure kids do not have any nut allergies before doing so.)
