Screen Shot 2013-02-06 at 9.15.24 AMWarm weather is not so far away and that means the outdoor cooking season is coming up. With that in mind, I thought it would be interesting to talk about how to build a variety of outdoor ovens. In this episode of Food Makers, a Google+ hangout on air at 2pmPST/5pmEST,  I’ll be talking to experts Kiko Denzer and Eva and Max Edleson. Kiko is the author of Build Your Own Earth Oven and Eva and Max founded Firespeaking, a website about masonry heaters, wood-fired heaters, and natural building. They also have a new book about how to build barrel ovens. What’s a barrel oven? How do you make an earth oven? How hard is it to build an outdoor oven? Tune in right here and find out.
