Today on Food Makers, a Google+ hangout on air, I’ll be joined by Langdon Cook. Langdon is the author of Fat of the Land: Adventures of a 21st Century Forager. It’s a great book about, well, living off the fat of the land and foraging for food in the wild. In addition to being a writer (check out his delicious blog), Langdon is a teaches classes onย wild foods and the outdoors. He has been profiled inBon Appetit,ย WSJย magazine, Martha Stewartโ€™sย Whole Living, and Salon.com. His writing has appeared in Sunset,ย Grayโ€™s Sporting Journal, Seattle Magazine, and other publications.
