I picked up a Miss Cupcake DIY from Vault of Midnight Comics in Ann Arbor this weekend. Being the cupcake lover that I am, my mind started racing with the possibilities of what I could do. Yep, glitter and sequins were at the top of the list.
The cupcake is vinyl, so I decided to try regular paint and paint pens. The plain paint worked great and I used it more like glue as I covered the base in glitter. The paint pens did a good job, but were a bit streaky. It didn’t take too long to dry. Cue the super glue (Yes, I glued my fingers together) and sequins, and you’re set. Fun project for a rainy Wednesday night.
