This weekend at the New York Hall of Science, you can make butterflies out of cereal boxes, collapsible bowls, and even a boat, which you can then race in the Raingutter Regatta. RePlayGround will be there to help make crafty magic with you!
NYC people, check it out. The event is called Maker Days, and it runs this weekend and the weekend of August 21 and 22, in preparation for the first World Maker Faire, which is being held September 25 and 26 at the Hall of Science. Even if you can’t make it to this, just remember: World Maker Faire will be unforgettable. Pen that into your calendar.
