“Embroidermation” by Pale Gray Labs

Animator and designer Nina Paley teamed up with software developer Theodore Gray to form Pale Gray Labs, which produce creative computerized stitching projects, including this compelling embroidered animation, aptly called “Embroidermation.”

Once the animation was finished, they bound the frames together to create this fantastic embroidered flip book.
