Felt Club in the LA Times

It’s always interesting to see what the mainstream media makes of the new crop of crafters out there, so I thought I’d share today’s article from the LA Times with you all. It covers the success of last weekend’s craft fair Felt Club (full disclosure: I’m the founder) and the rise of DIY in today’s uneasy economy. Our own CRAFT ed-in-chief Tina Barseghian is interviewed, as well as several artists and crafters including Tanya Aguiñiga (above), Erika Kern (My Imaginary Boyfriend) and Narumi Ogawa (Mr. Funky).
