How-To: Electronics Enclosures from Outdoor Electrical Boxes

When the owners of fledgling Black Heart Brewery appeared on Make: Live’s Brewing Beer and Coffee Episode, they showed off their automatic brew controller, HERMES 2.0. Brett Martin from this Binghamton-based nano brewery is now sharing some of what he has learned from making enclosures for their brewing system. In this excellent Instructable, Brett shows how to mount electronics inside a simple outdoor electrical box complete with buttons, dials, connectors, and an LCD display. I think you’ll agree that the final product looks pretty nice, but you may also want to check out how it works in Brett’s video demo of their fermentation controller. [Thanks, Brett!]
