The projects currently submitted to the Road to Maker Faire Challenge are just a glimpse into the ingenuity and craftsmanship makers are have these days. From updating classic lite brite boards to use magnetic LEDs to creating “user profiles” for your bathtub using “bathtub controllers,” from upcycling all kinds of materials into durable rugs to exploring sports and fitness needs, makers are making amazing projects! Whether building camera stabilization systems, exploring the notion of time itself, or creating pedal-power art cars, if you can imagine it you can make it.
These projects will soon compete on the Road to Maker Faire Challenge. One maker will be awarded $2500 to travel to New York City in September and exhibit their project at World Maker Faire.
