The stunning result of one of their unorthodox experiments, this sculpture was made by melting colorful wax over letterforms and then removing the letterforms once the wax had cooled.
Although it was made way back in 2009, as a commission for President Obama’s inauguration, the work is currently on display in the NYC Makers exhibition at The Museum of Arts and Design if you’d like to see it for yourself.
