Sun Niagara 2 CPU – open source hardware…

Adding to our list of open source hardware, the Sun Niagara 2 CPU is now open sourced. Most of the open source hardware we cover (and help by putting in our store) are things you can build at home, while most people don’t have a chip fab at home (yet) Sun has done a great job with their open source hardware efforts for their commodity 8 core, 64 thread processors… Link.
