even though “rediculously thorough”, the pie didn’t look too appetizing. I don’t agree on the pizza screen – pizza stone or unglazed quarry tile works great.
I’m going to try the dough though – it looks like it can be handled like the mom and pop places, so it’s worth a shot.
I have to agree on the pizza rocker knife – it is a life saver!
