Chuck has the latest week in tools for us —

If you’re still using an old manual wire stripper, you might want to think about stepping up to a self-adjusting model. We spent some hands-on time with a new one from Irwin this week that made the cut. We also previewed a new “third-hand-like” vise from Dremel and Milwaukee’s new V4 li-ion cordless screwdriver (which we suspect may excite those of you who appreciate the old-school two-position cordless screwdriver form factor). This week we ended up doing some rattle-can painting projects, so we covered a variety of tools and supplies to help you get the best finish – and remain safe in the process – including a decent respirator mask for under $30. Speaking of projects, a Toolmonger reader sent in the best deal on small LED flashlights we’ve seen in a while: 10 of ’em for $4.70 shipped – great for use or hacking.
