Here’s all you have to do:
E-mail: contests@vickiehowell.com with your Name, Address (no P.O. Boxes, please) and your top 3 crafts of choice (ex. General Craft, Knitting, Scrapbooking, Sewing, etc.).
I can’t guarantee you a specific book, but I’ll really try to keep your prize within your areas of interest.
