Glass bottle shelving
That “hook and bolt” bit of hardware is called a turnbuckle.
The threads on one end are normal, while the threads on the other end are reversed, so it will pull both ends in at the same time.
Tip: Start with both ends evenly spaced or you may run out of thread at one end at its extremes.
