Pedal Powered World, #5: Household Tools

This is part 5 of an ~8-part series I’m doing on bike-powered devices. Here are bike-powered household (but non-kitchen) tools. My favorite, the bike sweeper:

Carb-load and then build:

• Washing machine
• If you must have a TV, at least pedal-power it!
• Christmas lights (ok, a portable generator connected to christmas lights…)
