Mike Shatohin wrote in to share his AmbilightUSB project, which is a re-make of Philip’s Ambilight technology. Mike isn’t the first person to build a system like this, however he gets major points for creating both a solid-looking hardware design and a cross-platform client to analyze the computer screen for color information.
