A MAKE reader writes –
“This is one of the coolest things I’ve done with my cell phone in a while. YouMail is essentially a replacement voice mail for your cell phones. Among many features, it allows you to record unique voice greetings for anyone who calls you, based on their caller ID. You can also check your voice messages like normally do, but also via the web like Vonage. They also have a “ditchmail” feature that hangs up on unwanted callers after your custom greeting for them is played. Now THAT’s cool. It works with all the carriers except Sprint and it’s free. “ – Link.
I’ve heard about this from a few folks and it also appeared in the latest Popular Science, so it’s likely worth trying out. If anyone uses it and loves/hates it post up in the comments.
