MAKE at CES 2013: Hello from Las Vegas!

MAKE_Conference_Badge-CESHello from Las Vegas! I’m at International CES this week looking for interesting technology and electronics. Of course, since this is MAKE, this won’t be your typical CES coverage. I’ll be looking past the dazzling booths and big screen televisions for the stuff that makers are interested in like 3D printers, hackable gadgets, and cool tools.

It’s the first CES I’ve ever attended and I’m just getting the lay of the land at the Las Vegas Convention Center. I have to say that I’m a bit overwhelmed with the shear size of the show. I knew it would be a big, but it’s quite a bit bigger than I even expected. Speaking of which, I have much more ground to cover, so I’m headed out to explore more of the show floor. In the meantime, keep an eye on MAKE at CES for coverage throughout the week. And if there’s anything you want me to check out while I’m here, send me a tweet.
