Let’s Make Robots user adam “MiddleCreekMerchants” claflin built this Caterpillar BEAM bot, which manages to crawl along the ground and follow light without the need for a microcontroller. I’ve seen many different kinds of Biology, Electronics, Aesthetics, and Mechanics (BEAM) robots before, but this multi-segmented version seems especially fascinating.
