Woot boasts great deals on electronics year-round. For the holidays, they’re offering to ship your loot for free through December 14 for a single $5 payment. Woot! While not specific to electronics (you can peruse those deals separately), they do have a special page for Cyber Monday deals.
ThinkGeek
A staff favorite, ThinkGeek is offering 30% off and free shipping for Cyber Monday.
Pololu
You’ll definitely want to check out Pololu’s A-Star Arduino-compatible boards (they’re 30% off, limit of 5 per item), especially if you have higher or lower than usual voltage supply requirements, as well as their micro motors, wheels of different sizes, motor drivers, and other robotics and motion control modules. Their sale ends tonight at 11:59 PST, so get ’em while they’re hot.
Servocity
It’s worth looking deeper in Servocity’s product catalog ahead of time. They carry a lot of goodies you won’t find elsewhere, such as a great selection of pan and tilt kits, joystick hardware, linear actuators, servo and motor controllers, and R/C components. PiperBot
