The CraftBot XL is a good plug-and-play solution. The printing quality was great and the prints were fairly quick.
Material Options
The XL comes equipped with a .04 nozzle with a max resolution of 100 microns. The XL uses the company’s CraftWare slicing software, and slicing files was easy and straightforward. The XL can handle common materials like ABS and PLA, plus advanced materials like HIPS, Nylon, and PETG. I would definitely want to see some improvements such as adding an auto-level feature and increasing the build plate size.
Stress-Free Operation
At $1,899, the XL’s price may be a bit steep for some users, but it’s a good purchase for someone looking to print without worrying about failures.
