    In the house I’m renting the landlord built an addition that was a gym/racquetball court etc. One wall has a climbing wall. When it came time to update their homeowners insurance the adjuster came out and noticed a climbing wall.

    Two days later they received a certified letter stating that the climbing wall was not in fact coveredm not injuries that happened on said wall were covered and if they in fact used the climbing wall and anyone was hurt their policy would be canceled.

    So we have a climbing wall that (technically) cannot be used.
