Take a look in your sketchbook for inspiration to create your own digital pattern which can be used in a myriad of ways. Turn it into wallpaper for your phone or computer monitor, print it on paper to use as card making elements, or you can even have your artwork printed on fabric through a professional service like Spoonflower.

All you need is a good quality flatbed scanner, and some basic skills in an image editing software like Photoshop to get started. If you don’t have a scanner, you can also photograph your sketches, but be sure to shoot them straight on and in good lighting so that you don’t distort the image, and all the details are captured faithfully.
