HOW TO make an Ethernet LED

HOW TO make an Ethernet LED

17 I found this freaking cool package yesterday called tleds which blink’s the keyboard LED’s when there’s ethernet traffic. It blinks the Num lock for traffic down, and the Scroll lock for traffic up. Anyhow, I like this thing a whole lot… but I thought… what about the resources! This package is taking a whole like .03% of my CPU at least! So I needed a hardware solution… Link.

NES DVD player

NES DVD player

Dscn0803 More NES mods…how cool it would be to have a DVD player made out of a Nintendo. So I got bored and made one. This is a 100% working DVD player. No gimmicks, no fakes, just a true 100% functional DVD, video CD, and mp3 CD player. The DVD tray slides out of the game compartment all on its own (pushes the door up and everything) and is angled just right so that the door even closes when the tray is sucked back in to the player Link.

IrDA File Transferrer on a PSP

IrDA File Transferrer on a PSP

Images-115 ...a program to transfer files from one PSP to another via infrared. The major limitation is that the received file is put directly in the memory stick root, but this will be flexible in the next version. It’s moderately slow, but it works :-) (next version will be optimized)…and I’ll release the source once I’ve cleaned it up. (pspsdk and ReKleSS’s raster graphics library were used.) Read the README in the zip for more information. Link to post. Files here.

Legomod4 Having 30,000 Lego building bricks at your disposal has it’s advantages. Sometimes, though, I’m hard pressed to on figuring out what to do with them and I can’t believe I haven’t thought of this before. “I’m scared. You’ve figured out how to blend Nintendo and Legos” my girlfriend said this when she found out that what I was doing. I started out with a mock up, drawn in MLCad, and rendered in LDView. Link.
