Get Crafty at Maker Faire Bay Area This Weekend

makerfaire_2012.jpg
Maker Faire Bay Area is this weekend at the San Mateo Fairgrounds, and we have some great CRAFT programming in addition to all the amazing crafty makers who will have booths at the Faire. As we mentioned before, this year we’re sharing a space with MAKE to create a massive point of inspiration and resources that will anchor the Expo Hall. We’ll have several crafty demos on the MAKE/CRAFT demo stage throughout each day, and we’ll have an intimate Craft Lounge with demos and make-and-takes throughout the weekend. Be sure to stop by and say hello to Laura Cochrane, our trusty CRAFT representative. You can also catch Swap-o-Rama-Rama for refashioning fun, and Bazaar Bizarre for an incredible selection of handmade vendors. See the schedule below for all our crafty programing for the demo stage and Craft Lounge, and be sure to check out the full list of crafty makers who will be at the Faire. Maker Faire is always a great source of inspiration and restored faith in humanity. If you’re in the Bay Area, you can’t miss it! We hope to see you there this weekend!
