We just got the numbers back, and so far there will be 526 Makers from 33 states in attendance at the upcoming 2011 Bay Area Maker Faire! In honor of this excellent display of diversity I wanted to share with you the super cool 50 and 50 project — 50 state mottos illustrated by 50 designers, one per state. Naturally, I’ve elected to display the 3 states we’ll be holding Maker Faires this year: California (May 21/122), Michigan (July 30/31), and New York (Sept 17/18). Get your tickets today!
