Dragon Dress

When you’re sewing with a fabric that has a very specific border area or print, it can be tricky to get those areas properly aligned. So I’m really impressed with Craftster user PInk Hickey–she created this chic sundress using Alexander Henry‘s “Shibuki Dragon” fabric, and the way she lined up the border along the hem of the skirt is just perfect!

Really nice, thought out and deliberate – and the way the fabric at the bust kind of moves is really interesting. It helps to have the perfect figure for the fabric and pattern!
