I think for it to be an Electrocution drum kit, somebody has to die, not just get a shock. then its just an electric shock drum kit.

That video is still awesome though.
If you want to practice at home without disturbing the neighbors, an electronic assembly is the best way to accomplish this. With this type of system, you can use headphones to hear the sounds and eliminates what others hear.
