HOW TO – Make an iSight Tripod mount (video)

Greg writes – “I just got Make 05 and I saw your iSight Tripod mount. I think my design is better, and I even have a video up on how to build it. This provides a true stable mount for the base of the iSight and is low profiles as well. The problem with the mount in the article, and most other tripod mounts, is that they still use the firewire connector as the mounting point. But the firewire connector is also a swivel base for the iSight, thus the iSight still moves around. My adaptor circumvents that and straps onto the barrel of the iSight.” Link.
