Kid-Made Gifts People Will Actually Want

My son loves (loves!) collecting pine cones when we go on walks. We have a gorgeous collection, and theseDIY framed pine cones are a lovely way to show them off. How excited would he be if he got to collect every pine cone he saw for an assembly line of them?? This project couldn't be easier and looks great.

Making holiday gifts sounds like a good idea but there are two snags: Finding projects that kids will enjoy doing and creating gifts that people will actually want. MAKE staff editor and Craft blogger Arwen O’Reilly Griffith has come up with a great list of kid-made gifts that solves both challenges. Have a look and start making while there’s still time.
