Nathalie Alony’s Tiny Homes in Sardine Cans

Artist Nathalie Alony makes the most of small spaces by creating dioramas of people’s lives inside sardine cans in this wonderful series called “Home Sweet Home.”

The modular forms that society lives in are being reproduced in the cans, creating unnatural micro condominiums. All these different lives, different stories, different histories and futures, all that intimacy condensed between 4 walls, one next to the other, in little apartments, “little boxes,” that each of us call HOME.
