How Rube Goldberg Would Take Photos

This has to be one of the more impressive Rube Goldberg machines we’ve seen here at MAKE and I think photography buffs will especially enjoy the unconventional use of photo equipment to take a few pictures. While you watch, keep an eye out for a hat tip to OK Go’s own Rube Goldberg machine. And if you’re interested in how it was done, check out 2D Photography’s write up and behind the scenes videos. While it’s certainly a fun machine to watch, I think I’ll stick to taking photos the old fashioned way—pushing the shutter button. [via CheesyCam]
