For this project you need:
- pants with back pockets
- fabric scraps in a coordinating color
- 3M Scotchlite Plus Retroreflective Vinyl
- paper or cardboard
- pen/pencil
- scissors
- ruler
- sewing machine
- rotary cutter/cutting mat (optional)
