Australian artist Ruth Marshall, of Knitted Tiger Pelt fame, is currently exhibiting this exceptional knitted lotus piece at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. I guess maybe knitted flowers are a pretty appropriate type of flower to see in a botanical garden in New York City at this time of year!
