OK Crafters, you’re in for a treat, we’re testing out something really new – delivering patterns over iTunes! That’s right, you can click this link and (hopefully) the CRAFT Magazine channel will be added to iTunes and soon, each week you’ll get audio, videos and PDF sewing patterns you can print out. Our sibling MAKE Magazine does this, so we’re going to see how this works out… let us know what happens. This first one is a stretch tube top with drawstring bottom, hipster shorts with scoop sides from Fitz Patterns, thanks Lisa!
- Suggested fabrics: Knits, jerseys, terry towelling, lycra.
- Notions: Thread for sewing; 1.1m (44″) drawstring cord; 90cm of 5cm elastic for top; 90cm of 5cm elastic for shorts.
- Estimated time to complete: 2hrs.
The Missy pattern featured is sized Medium (Bust: 95.6 cm or 37″ 2/8, Hips: 102 cm or 40″). If you need another size, please visit the Missy pattern page – Link.
