Stained glass test pattern

This simple, clever piece of stained glass art hangs on the wall of Washington, DC area TV/Video production guru Peter Roof. Dunno if he makes them or not, but he says “contact me if you want one.” Looks like an easy remake for anyone with basic stained-glass skills, too. [via Dude Craft]

    Hmmm … wonder if he’ll do the ol’ black & white variety –

    – but without the “stained” I suppose it’d just be “glass” …

    …that art appears conspicuously in Fallout 3, and I had assumed it was from one of those “Nuclear Bomb Effects” computers from the 50s and 60s. The numbered circles suggested blast radii to me. Stoked to know where it really comes from now.
