A complex construction of mechanical linkages, gears and rods, upholstered in green velvet. The logics within are based on that of the original difference engine, avoiding the issues one is faced with when using modern impostors. The logics are driven from a standard Twyford steam outlet socket and capable of two-score calculations each minute.
